According to the Official Xbox Magazine’s “Crystal Ball”, Turn 10 is almost certainly working not only on Forza Motorsport 3 updates, but on Project Gotham Racing 5. The last installment in the franchise released on October 2, 2007. So the series has been off the books for over two years. The second installment recieved the highest ratings, but the series had previously been developed by Bizarre Creations, who is now developing their own racing game, Blur.
Is Turn 10 working on the next PGR title? For now, its just a rumor, but it would be interesting, releasing a game that would compete with their own Forza Motorsport 3. Or this could be similar to the Call of Duty franchise, and thier biennial schedual? We will just have to wait and see.
I would love to see a PGR developped by Turn 10 but i don't want something close to Forza. Like Forza Arcade. They really need to make something in the line of PGR4, my fav racing game on 360.
Hhhmm i hope turn 10 isn't working on this, they should stick to what they know best, race simulators.
